<--is back
<--knows Robin is in bed with her book but just wants to say that <-- had a wait staff that Robin would have loved
<--says they attended to our every desire, yet stayed quietly in the background
<--says we sat at a lovely little table overlooking a large dining room below with low, soothing lighting
<--says the food was some of the best <-- has ever had
<--says they started off with FIVE little amuse bouches, each of which was awesome
<--then had a peekytoe avocado crab salad that was the stuff dreams are made of
<--had a striped sea bass with a perfect little herb salad roll and a few tiny fried oysters rolled in tiny lettuce leaves with small bits of sea bass sushi on a bed of white capers that made <-- say "wow!" with every bite
<--was amazed that DT ordered a $26 glass of wine and actually appreciated every sip and was still talking about it on the way home!!
<--says DT's chocolate dessert was something that cannot even be described it was so gorgeous and so chocolately
<--had a tahitian vanilla bavaroise with mango-cilantro gelee and passion-fruit banana sorbet which was light as air
<--says after that they still brought us a plate of about 10 tiny little desserts, one better than the next, including a one-bite fresh fruit tart the perfect size for a barbie doll that tasted just like summer
<--says and then they brought us a basket of warm pralines straight from the oven
<--says the best part though was DT's toast which was straight from the heart and made <-- cry
<--guesses you can say it was a lovely evening
Edited because "avocado" was spelled wrong
