Hello out there, I've been doing Cathe off and on since the mid-90's but have never been on the forum. I keep ordering all of Cathe's workouts but have been afraid to use them. (I think names like Terminator and Body Blast sound more like torture techniques than workouts) When I used them before, they were fun, but hard! Now I'm sticking my toe in the water and trying them again. I love the Rhythmic Step workout and am currently learning the Step Blast one. Plus I'm doing Musclemax from the Hard Core series, along with the easier workouts. I figure I can just modify until I can work up to what I was doing before. (Ha! I'm 10 years older so we'll see about that!) I've got a whole bookshelf full of Cathe workouts that I haven't tried. But now I'm slowly starting to go through them one by one and so far, it's been fun.
