"Hello Cathe, Crew and Forum"

Peeking out of "lurkdom" to say hi and say how inspiring Cathe is and how all you wonderful workout women provide fuel for her and each other's energy! Not to mention me...This is such a great forum and although I'm not much of a poster, I do enjoy reading and share all the comradery, humor, enthusiasm and love of fitness and feel like I know ya'll and we visit together and workout with Cathe each day.
I have enjoyed everyone sharing all the "Road Trip" experiences. Since I had to sign up on the Dallas Morning news site to get access to the Cathe Road Trip article, I tinkered with the text and created an album to share on picture trail (text converted to 6 pages). It's OK to read--not great for printing but easy enough to get to & there's a little about me in the other albums.
