Wow...you're right...this guy's in fantastic shape for his age, or any age, really...looks like a good workout too, sort of like a functional fitness-type workout! Wonder if it's available to buy??? I remember Heavyhands and wondered what ever happened to 'em! Thanks for the link, Wayne!

Doesn't he look great!!! I think its availble. I am told that this is the only exercise he does, and his body is really, really fantastic. He's lean. Muscled. And looks great.
