I didn,t workout for the last 5 weeks,and before that 3-5 times a
week.(heavy weight training and cardio)
I visit Norway for 3 weeks,was realy beautiful,I biked a lot.
But now,my legs are 1cm thinner than 5 weeks ago,and I what to keeps it
like this.
What is the best thing to do,heavy weight training,like before or light weight training.Or more cardio than weight training?
