Heavy Bag Combo

Today's scheduled workout was Hard Strikes, but it's gorgeous out and I'm going for a run. But I didn't want to miss the awesome upper body work of Hard Strikes, so here's what I came up with:

MMA Boxing warmup + Heavy Bag Bonus + Hard Strikes Heavy Bag Tabata + Hard Strikes cooldown/stretch. It clocked in at 45 minutes with switching discs (and replacing the glove ;). If you need it to be shorter, I was thinking that the Heavy Bag Bonus builds up gradually enough that you could skip the warmup.
 
I think I'm going to do this tomorrow before Burn Sets. I might have to call in sick on Monday if I experience the DOMS I expect to feel. haha
