Heavy, advanced weights

I am new to the forum, but a huge Cathe fan.

How about a rotation that goes like this:

Monday - Very heavy weights, upper body. Nothing fancy, just looking to increase muscle.
Tuesday - Heavy weights, lower body. Same idea. Throw in abs, if there is time.
Wednesday - Aerobics with serious core conditioning
Thursday - functional fitness, aerobics with pilates or yoga (Cathe, you know you'd be awesome, blow away all the others, just like you have with your current workouts)
Friday - full body weight training, medium to heavy.
Saturday - major core conditioning with stretch (for all those post-baby Mums like me).

Cathe:
I have tried and tried, and can't find any videos that match yours. The others gather dust, except for very lazy days.
Keep the videos coming, please! You are the best.
