I don't believe that SNM will be giving anyone any estimations as to what weights people should be lifting. The entire STS system is based on what weight YOU are capable of lifting for 10-8 reps safely. If you wanted to get an estimation you would need to go to a gym or something and perform a 1 rep maximum test. I believe that they address these questions within the helping you understand STS post.
