First let me say that I LOVE YOU! I found you while watching FitTV a year ago and since than I have bought ALL your advanced workouts (shh, plz don't tell my DH!) gave up my gym membership and work out with you 6 days a week.
Anyway, I wanted to find out what your heartrate is when you have hit your "Anabolic Threshhold". I ask because my maximum heart rate is and has always been between 169-174. I am able to make it through all your workouts without having to stop and rest and was wondering if this is an acceptable maximum heartrate and I also wonder if my maximum heartrate should be decreasing as my cardiovascular strength increases, or is it more important that my heartrate decreases quickly following intensity blasts? I have been working out since I was 11 (now 31) and I think I am in very good cardiovascular shape.
