Ben talks about a way to avoid overtraining called heart rate variability. If you are fighting overtraining or are afraid of it, then you might look into this way of avoiding overtraining. He says you can get a Azumio app that will test your HR variability with your phone. If you don't have variability or is low, then you do an easy workout (yoga or lsb cardio, no intervals/weight training).
