I have the Polar F6.
When I start my workout,I press Start and then "Own Zone" appears for 5 minutes. I usually do my warm up during this time. Is that what I am suppose to do? Usually, my "in zone heart rate" is around 137-153, the past 2 weeks my "in zone heart rate" was 146-161 and yesterday my "in zone heart rate" was 124-140.
How do I determine what my REAL "in zone" heart rate is?
Is there something that I can do to set my "in zone heart rate" so that it will be the same all the time. If so, how do I go about doing this.
