Ok, Today's workout and the January rotation are complete. Now for the menu.

B- Hot Oat bran cereal / 1 c soy milk
S- fruit, yogurt
L- "taco Salad": greens, soy crumbles simmered in salsa, FF cheddar 1/4 c., scallions, and more salsa with a whole grain Low-carb wrap on the side, toasted
S- 1 c Kashi GF cereal and yogurt
S- V 8 juice
D- at a function w/ DH. Goal: no bread or dessert and 1-2 small glasses wine.
