Healthy- Moderate eating 1/25

Today
B- Hot oat bran cereal/ 1 c soy milk, coffee
S- blueberries & yogurt, peppermint tea
L- Vegetarian chili
S- 1/2 c cottage cheese sliced apple, coffee
D- taco salad with ground turkey breast
S- perhaps a meringue cookie or two that I intend to make later.

Yesterday was becoming quite stressful at dinner preparation time, and DH came home and left WHEAT THINS right in front of me. I began munching before I realized what I had done. However I didn't eat my whole snack in the afternoon and just eliminated my evening snack and had extra H20. In the past it would have been a reason to eat poorly the rest of the day, but I decided it just wasn't worth it to eat poorly.

PS- DS & DD were making milk shakes at 9:00pm; I just went right to my room and told them to clean up and come say good night when they were done!

I'm here! I'm here. Sorry, it's been busy at work. Yesterday was pretty good. Today:

B - 2 slices oatmeal bread w/ PB, fruit salad
L - soup or salad, half tuna salad sandwich, carrots, tomatos, orange
S - banana
D - DH is taking to an Italian restaurant. Portion control will be exherted over some kind of pasta. One piece of their really yummy bread, I hope
Got up early and did Low Max. Hope to have time for shoulder and back work this afternoon.
