Healthy ( Moderate)Eating 1/24

Ok I hope this name has positive connotations !

Yesterday I stuck to 'the plan', but the plan included a large serving of FF Sugar free pudding with soy powder,and I'm thinking it should hve been a smaller serving. Especially since I had a headache tht I just couldn't shake, so I went to bed at 8:30!
I will make more pudding but use smaller serving cups and put it into the little cups right after making it.

Today:
B- hot Oat Bran / 1 c soy milk
S- fruit, 60 cal yogurt
L- turkey on light whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomato. Also, escarole in chicken broth "soup" (My dad is having lunch with me today and DD will be here because of a morning midterm.)
S- 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, fruit
D- broiled tuna steak over salad greens
S- either ff sugar free mocha(made at home) or a SMALL serving of ff-Sugar free pudding w/ protein powder.

Ummm, broiled tuna steak sounds good. I plan on stopping for some kind of fish for dinner on my way home this afternoon. Wonder if they have tuna steaks at the fish store. Yesterday went pretty close to the plan. I had to have a slice of bread as a snack while preparing dinner. I was just too hungry.

B - fruit salad, 2 slices toasted walnut oatmeal bread w/ PB
S - banana
L - turkey on whole wheat bread, carrots, tomato, orange
D - some kind of fish, brown rice, broccali
Today's workout will consist of something "steppy," blast or rhythmic, maybe, and tricep/bicep work. I'll try to fit in some ab work if time allows.

B - Slow cooked oatmeal
S - Grapefruit and small handful peanuts
L - Turkey and cucumber sandwhich in half a whole wheat pita
S - Low fat cheese
D - Chicken and broccoli stir-fry with brown rice
S - Protien Shake

I really would like to have some Sushi for lunch, but I think I'll save that for another day.

Today's workout was C&W.
