Cock-A-Doodle-Doo ladies!

I'm still hackin and wheezin so laying low on the cardio this week which is frustrating. Just been walking on the treadmill. Today I'm doing High Step Challenge.

B=oatmeal...lots of cups of hot tea.
S=orange with Wasa crackers
L=Salad loaded up with vegetables
D=new recipe for chicken. It's been marinating all night and will roast it in the oven with Italian sausages. Nigella Lawson recipe.
 
B~honey bunches of oats w skim milk (agaiiiiiin)
S~Pria bar
L~I never got my Taco Bell the other day, so I may go get a bean burrito
S~banana and applesauce
S~another Kashi bar?
no time for dinner today. I have parent-teacher conferences back to back until after 8 tonight. May have to eat more when I get home.

Yesterday's hour on the elliptical turned into 35 min.
Today was GS Legs---standing part only.

Jenn - busy day for you!

My youngest 2 kids are off this week for winter break. so we've been off our routines somewhat.

Today-
B- wheatena/ soy milk
S- fruit or nothing
L- out w/ friends while kids are at movies,
S- coffee or latte
D- not sure, maybe pumpkin soup and salad with chick peas or poultry Italian sausage and peppers and onions.

I teach fourth grade at a public school. I have taught K, 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th (pretty much everything except 3rd!). 4th is my favorite! I look forward to seeing the parents and just having some more dialogue with them about the progress of their children!

Hey ladies!

Yesterday was pretty good! Today:

B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk, 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
S - apple and almonds
L - some kind of sammich (I have a lunch meeting that is being catered with sandwiches) - probably tuna
S - protein bar
D - Large salad with protein of some sort

Workout is a 6 mile run (maybe, if my hip isn't bother me too much) and core.
 
Hello Ladies!

Jenn funny you would mention honey bunches of oats AGAIN...I tease my hubby as he eats it every day!

Here is my game plan:

B - mixed cereal (kashi/fiberone)w/blueberries and soy milk
S - protein pudding
L - grilled chicken salad, 1/2 corn muffin
S - cottage cheese & celery sticks
D - spaghetti (hubby cooking his carbs again) and steamed broccoli.

I'm giving in and going to the chiropractor today. I can't do much except walk right now and do upper body weights carefully

I'm so bummed.

Hope all you sick and/or achy ladies feel better soon. Yesterday was OK, but only because I was so busy I didn't have time to overeat.

B - 2 slices cherry almond bread (sorry, I forgot to post recipe, I'll try later) fruit salad
L - leftover black bean and pineapple enchildas, carrots, tomatos, yogurt
D - grilled BBQ chicken, rice, veggie (undecided type)
S - handful prezels, banana w/ PB

Workout plan today is KPC.
 
Hi Everyone,

I weighed in today at WW and was up .4lbs. It is very discouraging to follow the program to a "T" and not lose. I know 4/10 of a lb isn't much, but it is still discouraging>

B-protein shake w/mixed berries
L-Teriyaki chicken & vegetables
S-clementines
s-yogourt
D-???

I did lowmax this morning.
