Healthy Eating in Moderation Jan 26

OK, so I guess 2 days of healthy eating is my limit. Yesterday I had a little binge after a well deserved nap, followed by Italian, followed by another little binge before bed. Two binges do not a clean make. Today, I resolve, I will not obsess about yesterday's failures.
B - 2 slices oatmeal bread w/ PB, banana
L - roast beef sandwich on whole wheat, carrots, tomatos, orange
D - not sure. This evening is busy with a hair appt. and maybe f I'll get a workout in. If I do, it will be SB or RS.
S - well, I planned to eat a banana I left here yesterday, but there seems to be a banana thief on 2nd or 3rd shift!
