S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - rice w/shrimp
S - BFL bar
D - steak, potatoes, salad

B: oatmeal, turkey burger, decaf coffee, water
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff yogurt
L: spinach salad w/shrimp
S: orange
D: grilled chicken breast, sweet potatoes, asparagus
S: 2 pc whole wheat toast w/lean ham

Exercise today will be cardio at the gym and tonight I would like to do PUB.

S - cheese, triscuits (great minds think alike eh Rhonda ;) )
L - proscuitto sandwich
S - protein shake
D - pork, rice, vegies

I spent most of the evening and night yesterday in the emergency room with my DB, so no workout and no dinner... not good! Today i will try to do better...
