Healthy Eating (BFL) Checkin 2/3/05

Is anyone posting here? I feel like we have lost a lot of people and it may not be worth posting anymore.

Today was HIIT on the treadmill. I did it with inclines and it was tough but I made it through.

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - shrimp w/rice and green beans
S - BFL bar
D - leftover steak, potatoes, salad

Hi Rhonda. I don't know if a lot of people are still posting or not??? Seems to be dwindling down though.

B: ham on 2pc whole wheat tst, o.j. w/calcium, decaf
S: 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1 cup canteloupe
L: grilled chicken w/salsa, wheat tortilla and spinach
S: string cheese, sugar free applesauce
D: ???
S: ???

Today is cardio & some lower body work.

Hey we're still here - and I think this check-in is helpful. Maybe people have just dropped temporarily because they are too busy to check in.

I have to have some tests done at 11, so no eating until then. Wouldn't you know today I have a breakfast meeting at work, and it's my turn to bring the food. x(

L - soup, sandwich, COFFEE (by then I'll really need it)
S - yogurt, apple, cheese
D - chicken marsala, pasta, vegies
S - protein shake

Hi, I'd like to join this thread! I've been a lurker for a while, getting meal ideas from all you guys, so I'd like to help keep this thread going.

Meal 1: shredded wheat cereal (with no added sugar), 1% milk
2: half of a sandwich (1 slice lowfat swiss, turkey breast, and bologna - just one slice! on whole wheat bread with lowfat mayonnaise)
3: other half of sandwich
4: protein shake
5: since I will be going to parent's house for dinner, white rice (will try to limit to small portion), lots of healthy stir fry, and probably some kind of fish

Today will also be Bootcamp.

By the way, whatever happened to KathyH? I always got such great ideas from her posts.

I vote we keep the post goin'! Maybe all are just too busy dreaming bout the new hardcore series - ha ha

Me and my whole family are so sick this week. We got some nasty cold/flu bug! So, needless to say it put a kabash to this being my first bfl week! :( I am still eating healthy but haven't worked out since Monday. This is the worst cold/flu I have had in years. I might try to do a total body wt lifting tape today (ME or PH?) but just know I"ll never make it thru cardio w/out coughing up a lung.

Looks like I'll re-start BFL again on Monday. I can't wait!

Here's my meals for the day:

1 protein shake (MYoplex lite)
2 oatmeal & cott cheese
3 ham, apple
4 string cheese, yogurt
5 turkey breast cooked on rotisserie, potato
6 protein shake
