It is Friday!!!!
This morning was GS chest and tris. I felt fried when I did the workout but not feeling much right now. Maybe later on???

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - Balance Go Mix
L - shrimp w/ rice
S - BFL Bar
D - ???

Morning, happy Friday!

Today will be I Want Those Buns (both workouts) and S&H Triceps.

1 - oatmeal, milk
2 - chicken breast, sweet potato
3 - protein shake
4 - chicken breast, broccoli
5 - probably going out (Chinese, maybe?)

Does anybody feel as if they eat the SAME thing all the time?

5:30 am KPC - first time in a while that I've done it all the way through. Felt great.

B - soy protein cereal, blueberries, coffee
L - ?
S - protein shake
D - quiche, salad

Legs and Glutes this morning, boy were they shakin at the end :). I'm gonna try to do about 30 minutes of Imax 3 this afternoon, boy I wish it would get warm enough to bike, I need it


B-WW Cereal with 1%
S-Toasted soy nuts and banana
L-Lental soup and some baby carrots
S-Handful almonds and an orange
D-Grilled halibut, asparagus and red roasted potatoes
S-? maybe some fat free pudding:)
