B - 16 oz milk with Carnation Instant Breakfast, 2 waffles
S - apple, yogurt
L - chicken wrap
S - yogurt
D - veggie pizza

Morning!

I was going to try to go for a run this morning, but couldn't psyche myself up to do it so early. So I will go later today in the late afternoon.

1 - granola, skim milk, coffee, low carb creamer
2 - leftover roast chicken, brown rice
3 - protein shake, frozen strawberries
4 - ?
5 - stir fry chicken and broccoli

Good Morning All!

Gosh! I got so busy doing my Spring Cleaning (or at least starting it!) these past few days I forgot all about checking in! Oh well. I did manage to make my menu and actually plan my dinners for the week which is my hardest meal since usually my husband cooks and I don't have so much control. :eek:

Today I'm doubling up: High Step Circuit and a 30 minute run/walk

B: egg white omelette, onion, bell pepper, whole wheat tortilla
S: protein shake with 1% milk and strawberries
L: nonfat vanilla yogurt, blueberries, flax seeds
S: cottage cheese, pineapple
D: BFL turkey meatballs, spinach fettucini, veggie soup (WW)
