Morning!
I was going to try to go for a run this morning, but couldn't psyche myself up to do it so early. So I will go later today in the late afternoon.
1 - granola, skim milk, coffee, low carb creamer
2 - leftover roast chicken, brown rice
3 - protein shake, frozen strawberries
4 - ?
5 - stir fry chicken and broccoli
