Many of you know, I have been fighting those last 10 lbs. I have tried very hard. I love WW's, but I make it 10 days, and after that, my stomach is just hungry, hungry, hungry. I make it 3 days, and then I lose it. I give up. I eat high-fiber, healthy foods. So, so many of you swear by food diaries, I thought maybe I would give that a try. I have muscle, but I also have the layer of fat covering it. But, my point is you can look at me and tell I work out. Do you think I am too active to succeed at WW's??? I mean according to my weight at WW's, I am not getting enough food to feed my muscle??? I thought I would try to food journal and stay between 1800-2000 calories and see if that works. What do you think??? Thanks!!!!
