Good morning everybody! :)

4:30 am CW, but I didn't do all the cardio I was just not into it today and couldn't do it all. Oh well, tomorrow will be a better day.

B - Bran-A-Crisp with Cheese and Goose Pate, Yogurt

S - 2 hard boiled eggs

L - Tomato-Morzarella Salad, Soy Chips

S - Trail Mix

D - we are going to Saltgrass, so I probably gonna have the Seafood Foundeaux and a Side Salad and a couple of Coors Light :9 Let's start the weekend! ;-)

5:30 am was Leaner Legs (and a lot of tears ;) )

B - Cafe Mocha and 1/2 blueberry/raspberry scone
Myoplex lite shake and apple
L - ? (probably a spinach salad with chicken (again - ho hum)
S2 - yogurt, fruit, Myoplex Lite shake
D - stir fry, no rice
S3 - nuts and glass of milk

Tomorrow is Circuit Max. Have a great weekend.

Hi Ladies! Well I have to fess up here & tell you I blew off my Push/Pull that I was supposed to do & instead broke out Powerstrike 2!!! I forgot how good this tape is. My eats today are:

Meal 1: 1 multigrain waffle w/peanut butter & coffee (just couldn't stomach another day of oatmeal!)
Meal 2: mini oat bran bagel w/cream cheese & green tea
Meal 3: tilapia/mixed veggies/peach
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/chicken & feta cheese & V-8 juice
Meal 5: salmon/brown rice/veggies

Planning on buying white wine b/c its Friday!! Do you think Cathe does the same? One can only hope! Ha!
