L - green beans in cream of mushroom soup

Andrea...I remember when I helped start 2 daily workout threads...:)...no big deal...

Coffee & half a protein bar before my workout.
B-my normal protein smoothie
L-salad w kidneys beans mixed in, pineapple chunks
S-walnuts & grapes
D-trying a new veggie burger, big slald, steamed zuchinni
Dessert: fruit smoothie

Going for a 6 mile run and then some Yoga for my workout....:)...Carole
 
Good morning everybody,

hey I got to sleep in this morning :D, my DH had to go in at 7am today instead of 3am, so I decided to sleep in today. I might workout after work, but probably not, so I just make it my day off. I sure feel well rested now.:)

B - Oatmeal with protein powder and banana
L - Salad with tomatoes and cheese and maybe some soy chips
S - Trail mix
D - Southwest Steak Fajitas with bellpepper, mushrooms, onions and low carb tortillas :9

I did CTX Kickbox this morning. Forgot what a good workout that is.

B - cafe mocha
S - Myoplex lite shake and apple
L - spinach Salad with chicken and basalmic dressing
S - Myoplex lite shake and cheese
D - quiche and salad
S - handful of peanuts

Still trying to work on the diet-thing. I am hungry all the time.

Hello Ladies! It felt GREAT taking off yesterday; very relaxing & unstressful.

Shopgirl: If your hungry EAT!!! You might have to discard that 2nd shake & eat real food; I personally don't think your eating enough but that's just my opinion.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/protein powder & coffee (BORED w/this will have to change it up tomorrow)
Meal 2: oat bran mini bagel w/cream cheese & green tea
Meal 3: tomato noodle soup w/chicken & mixed salad & apple w/V-8 juice
Meal 4: tilapia/cauliflower & broccoli w/pineapple salsa
Meal 5: balsamic chicken/mixed veggies

Tonight's workout is: Push Pull 3 set upper body premix + abs
This is gonna be LONG workout. Hope I make it!

Today's eats...I'll be on the road for 4-5 hours and in the hopsital visiting my dad for 2-3 so meals aren't quite top notch today, but still on plan.

Hard boiled egg, extra lean turkey bacon, oatmeal
turkey, beans, corn, salsa
Smart Ones Low Carb chicken parmesaon with 1/2 can of corn added
Jack in the Box Chicken fajita pita, chicken and half the pita only with salsa
Beef jerky, WW bread or fruit if I can scrounge some up on the way down there
Balance Go Mix

Cardio at lunch today!

Here we go again!!
Br-Coffee black w/sugar, a banana and a muffin (so predictable:))

Lunch (in the carx( ) an apple and a half flat bread with olive oil, basil, garlic and Montreal steak spice (around here we call it 'yummy Mommy bread:9 )

Sn - yogurt and a whole grain flax bagel w/peanut butter

I'll probably have another snack before yoga, and a light supper later, leftover lentils I think. We cuddle up on the couch to watch Survivor on Thursdays and usually break out a bag of chips, I will try to be good, I will try to be good, I will..................:)

So my day hit a few road bumps, had a few peanut M&M's and a couple pieces of licorice. These are the first real junk in two weeks so I am not hitting myself but wish I could have passed on the temptation. I am blaming it on TTOM : )
