5:30am - supersets

Porridge with rice milk
Fresh veggie juice
Oatcakes x4
Tuna salad with very lf mayo
water melon
healthy cereal bar (no added sugar)
quorn, potatoes & kale

2 litres water & herbal tea

Am trying to buy as much orgainc fruit & veg as poss to increase health benefits.
