5:30am - Step Blast
Millet & Rice Flake porridge with rice milk
Pumpkin seeds
Avacado salad (salad leaves, cucumber, tomato, spring onions, seeds, no dressing)
Fruit bar
Quorn, butternut squash & spinach
2 litres water & herbal tea
6:00pm - P90X Ab Ripper
Had a few too many dried prunes last night when I got home from work - and boy, do I know about it today
