Did a spinning workout this morning.

B - hb egg, piece of toast with pb
s - hb egg, piece of cheese, lf triscuits
l - grilled chicken ceasar salad
s - walnuts
d - big salad with shrimp

Hope every has a nice weekend. See you all on Monday.

Morning Everyone!

Tonight's workout is nada! I'll be training my son w/his wt program instead. Had a great workout last night w/SJ&P. I've improved on this one too. I remember when I used to huff & puff through this one & now its a breeze except for all those 7 low ends. They get me every time!}(

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: blueberry scone w/blueberry jam + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: cottage cheese w/blueberries & granola + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia w/pineapple salsa/mixed veggies + apple
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese
Meal 5: flank steak/new potatoes/string beans + wine (just b/c its Friday!):7

Hope everyone's day is a good one. Won't be back until Mon.

Sat. I'll be doing the Classic Rotation again from P90X so it will be Chest/Back/ARX}(
Sun. will be PlyoX:eek:

Good morning!

well after last night's happy hour, i think i successfully gained about 3 pounds in one night. x( so today i'm trying to take it back off!

B - egg whites, V8
S - 1/2 bagel w/ light cream cheese
L - yogurt, kashi cereal, banana
S - Pear
D - Brown rice, tofu, vegetables, and tahini sauce.
S - orange

B - coffee
S - fruit, yogurt
L - soup, salad
S - yogurt, nuts
D - ?

B – Oatmeal mixed with flax seed, Protein Powder and ½ Pear
L – Salad, brussel sprouts
D – Brown Rice, Kale, Lentil casserole

LOL! Lbeach, I thhought I was the only person that could gain 3 pounds in a single night?! Of course it's mostly bloating though, because I'm pretty sure neither of us could comsumer an extra 9000 calories in a single night, right?!
So, yesterday after doing SJP I thought forsure that movement may not be possible for me today, but amazingly I'm less sore today than I was last night! Soo, I'm thinking, since aparently I'm wonderwomen, I'm going to do KPC w/legs and glutes premix. I'm not sure which, but I wouldn't mind getting my butt to rounds out a bit more than it is right now. And I know that step ups are the best way for me to get it that way. Wow, that got long quick, huh.
Ok, todays menu is: Drum roll please!

B- What else? Egg White omlette
L- Chicken and romaine letuce salad w/ newmans own light balsamic vinagrette
S- Huh, either sweet potatoes, or squash w/ a small piece of chicken
D- Steak w/ broccoli
S- popcorn

We are having a slumber party in the living room tonight with my son, so we will be eating popsorn and watching movies while laying on the floor with our pillows and blankets. My son is all excited. Should be fun.
