Healthy Eating 12/20/04

HI everyone,
Did P90X Chest/Back and Ab Ripper X this morning. I figure the P90X workouts will hopefull tide me over until Cathe's are ready (I am guesstimating February)

Anyway eating hopefully will be this:

B - scrambled eggs w/mushrooms
S - clementine, cheese
L - sirloin with green peppers/mushrooms/onions
S - walnuts
D - leftovers

Right now I am just trying not to put weight on. First of the year I have decided to go BFL. I will only be checking in through Wednesday, we are closed during the holidays so I won't be back til Tuesday, Jan 4.

Hope someone else can keep the thread going, if not we can start it back up after the first of the year.

7:30 a.m. Boot Camp

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, ½ pear, raspberries
L – Squash, brown and wild rice, pepper strips, humus, spinach
D – Large salad
S – Nuts and dried fruit

6 am CTX kickbox

B - coffee, donut :9
L - soup
S - fruit, nuts
D - beef strogonoff

I'm doing the same as Rhonda, just trying to hold steady through the holidays. I'm out of here on Friday through the new year, but would love to start back up in January.

Sounds like a lot of us are doing the same thing, just trying to hold steady to get throught the holidays. If I don't gain any weight I'll be happy.
Ok Here's my day so far.
B- egg white omlette and coffee
S- lettuce w/ chicken salad W/ Newmans own balsamic vinagrette light
L- chicken W/ Squash
D- Salmon W/ broccoli

For my workout today, I'll either do Muscle Endurance, W/ a light cardio or I'll do IMAX 2. I'm not sure, it'll probably be the first one rather than the second, but we'll see.
