Hi Everyone,
Wonder where Cathe has been. Waiting for more details and that weekly update. I thought she was going to be back on the forums after the filming but I guess not.

This morning I did JV bottoms up Gold Lower body and Back.

B - scrambled eggs w/mushrooms and small amount of shredded cheddar
S - cheese, hb egg
L - tuna casserole
S - walnuts
D - nice salad with shrimp

This morning was Boot Camp. One of these days I'll make it all the way through the terminator climbers.

Today's meal plan -

B – FF yogurt mixed with LF cottage cheese, flaxseed meal, banana
L – Sweet potato, black beans, pear
D – Large salad with kidney beans, snow peas
S – Almonds and dried apricots

Woke up late - 6:15 IMAX2 - warm-up and intervals 1-5, Cardio & Weights, ab section.

B - coffee
S - protein shake, fruit
L - soup, salad
S - yogurt, nuts
D - ?

Today will not be the healthiest ever, but, some days are just like that i guess!

B - Prunes, coffee
S - egg whites, half WW bagel, V8
L - Amy's Organic Bean burrito
S - HUGE apple
D - quesadilla

its my roomates birthday so i have to do the happy hour thing}(. no workout today, and most likely too many beers! x(

L - Lean Cuisine (didn't have time to make lunch this morning)

D - Probably some kind of chicken and veggie

Morning Ladies!

I wasn't on yesterday's thread b/c I had to pick up my son from school. He got hurt playing basketball in gym.

Yesterday's workout was TKO Boxing by Debbie Burns. Needed to work off my stress.

Tonight's workout is SJ&P

Today's eats are:

Meal 1: mini egg onion bagel w/whipped cream cheese + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: cottage cheese w/blueberries & granola + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia w/pineapple salsa/mixed veggies + strawberries
Meal 4: whole wheat tortilla wrap sandwich w/sundried tomato & basil hummus, grilled eggplant, zucchini, peppers & grilled chicken (yummy!)
Meal 5: protein shake + tangerine

Hi Kathy! I hope you won't mind me being so bold as to suggest you eat more. I mean this in a nice way. Your workout is the same as mine today SJP the entire workout not just doing a portion of it. I notice that your snack is only an apple. The apple should be eaten w/your lunch & have a salad w/protein for your snack in the afternoon. Also just eating an egg white omelette isn't enough either. If you don't mind me suggesting eating a high fiber/high protein bread or turkey bacon w/the omelette. Just a suggestion take it or leave it, Kathy;)
