Healthy Eating 12/17/04

Did a 45 minute treadmill routine that was in FitnessRX (I think the october issue).

B - piece of toast w/ PB and cheese
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - salad and spaghetti
S - walnuts w/ chocolate chips
D - ?? (going to see Trans Siberian Orchestra) so whatever we stop and get

These past couple of weeks have not been good for me. I pulled out D. Waterhouse's book Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell and going to read it again to see if I can put some of it to use. I hear she is the nutrionist that helped Tamilee with her Defy Gravity workout.

I am thinking also about looking at the BFL plan again over the holidays.

Well hope everyone has a great weekend, and I will be back Monday : )

7:30 a.m. I also did 45 minutes on the treadmill today and 20 minutes of Pilates

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, ½ banana and raspberries
L - ? going out
D – Large Salad and veggies
S – Nuts and dried fruit

Ronda - I've been doing the Eat to Live program. It's from a book by Joel Fuhrman. It helped me move off my 6 month plateau. Before that I was doing Atkins and was just stuck. (Although I did lose 50 lbs on low carb.) I think my body needed a shock. For whatever help that is to you. Enjoy your weekend!

Did PLB for the first time in probably 6 months - felt great.

B - coffee, bagel w/cream cheese
L - snickers bar
D - ?

Yup - today was a bust. Back at it tomorrow.
