B - toast with PB, cheese
S - triscuits, cheese
L - today is our holiday party so we will see
S - forgot my walnuts, so who knows
D - shrimp mixed with asparagus, fettucine alfredo

I know not very good eating but we are running low on food and I plan on grocery shopping this weekend.

6am - C&W cardio premix (ran out of time - again)

B - coffee, bagel
S - yogurt, nuts
L - ?
S - fruit, nuts
D - veal scallopini, baked potato

Weight is holding steady. Sheesh, who would have thought it would be so hard to lose 3 pounds.

7:30 a.m. Pyramid Upper Body and 20 minutes of Power Yoga

B – Egg white/oatmeal scramble (good when you don’t overcook it) and ½ banana
L – Bean soup, veggies, and orange
D – Large Salad
S – Nuts and dried fruit

Today will probably be a rest day for me. I'm pretty sore from Muscle Endurance yesterday. What a fun workout though!

B- Half a grapefruit
S- squash
L- chicken W/ broccoli
S- string cheese
D- roast W/ carrots

Not the most healthy dinner, but it's good!

Step Blast tonight

B- Kashi Go Lean, soy milk with Ovaltine
S - oatmeal
L - Halibut
S - berries
D - flounder and salad

(I know - WHAT's up with fish twice? I forgot I had ordered fish for our holiday lunch and bought fish for dinner tonight. - I don't really even LIKE fish!)

I may have some carrott cake at lunch today too....shhhhhhh - don't tell my conscience.
