4:15 am JV Bug lower body and back. Would like to get some yoga in tonight

B - piece of toast with egg salad, cheese
S - cheese, triscuits
L - egg salad sandwich, lf triscuits
S - Walnuts, chocolate
D - chicken, potatoes, green beans

I was craving chocolate so bad yesterday I had to cave. It is TTOM and boy the craving was something I could get to go away. Hopefully today won't be so bad but I put it in because I may have to have some.

Good morning everyone!

Well yesterday was a disaster, no workout and a holiday party. Time to get on track! (i feel like i say this every dayx( )

B - Prunes, coffee
S - eng muff, eggwhites, cheese, V8
L - banana, apple
S - FF yogurt w/ cranberries
D - mango protein shake

Workout: Depending on what time i get off work, either Cycling & PP, or HSTA

7:30 a.m. Pilates

B - egg white/oatmeal scramble - this is from a post on this forum about the website http://www.mrsbishwitskitchen.com/. It was okay. I think I overcooked it. Also a banana.
L – Humus and pepper strips and asparagus and raspberries
D – Large spinach salad
S – Walnuts and dates

I'm going to treat myself today and order the Body Blast series. I'm excited!

Morning Ladies!

I'll be going to the doctor tonight to get some meds for this blasted sinus infection. Last night I thought I could do Legs & Glutes but it just wasn't happening. No workout tonight either; just going to get much needed rest & pick up workouts when I'm feeling better.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/protein powder + french roast coffee
Meal 2: mini honey ww bagel w/onions + whipped cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia w/pineapple salsa/mixed veggies
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese
Meal 5: chicken cutlets/new potatoes/green beans

Kathy, good for you for listening to your body. Soemtimes I find myself pushing myself too hard when I'm sick and then it takes me forever to get better.

B- Fiber ONe Cereal
L- Catfish (I didn't ahve a lot of time to eat, so I did not eat any veggies, not good!)
S- Hmm, maybe just a big plate of veggies? W/ a little piece of chicken
D- I didn't make steaks last night, due to our cat being found. So, I'll make them tonight.
S- Probably popcorn, sigh

I hate to say it, but I'm weak when it comes to watching a movie, I love popcorn with it. But it could be worse, right? I could have said peanut m&m's! OR some of my awesome Santas Snickers brand surprise cookies, yikes! But I've been avoiding them as much as possible. I even gave some away this weekend, so that's a good thing.

For my workout today, I think that KPC is called for.
