Healthy Eating 12/1/04

Wow it is December and we are having snow. I am not a snow person so this time of year I just don't like. Anyway, did JV Bottoms Up upper body and abs.

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus & Feta
S - cheese, low fat triscuits
L - tuna casserole
S - walnuts
D - leftover chicken with beans and possibly a salad.

Plan on going home and walking. I hear people have great results with walking but I just cannot stick to it that long. I do good for a couple of weeks and then I stop. Don't know why but maybe this time I can make it longer.

Good Morning All!

I did the Energize section of the Power Yoga DVD this morning. Not a wimpy workout/stretch. It felt great.

B - LF Cottage Cheese mixed with FF yogurt, flaxseed meal and pineapple
L - Sweet potato, apple, black beans
D - Large salad
S - Almonds and dried apricots

Hi everybody!

Wow - Rhonda, snow - I grew up in upstate NY where is snowed from November through April - those first few flakes are just the start of a loooooong winter I'm afraid. ;)

5:45 am Muscle Endurance - wow -blew through this and feel awesome and strong.

B - coffee, blueberries
S - protein shake
L - salad, chicken
S - yogurt, nuts
D - ?

Am 3 pounds from my goal weight. Thought I was a lot farther away than that.

Good Morning, everyone :) slept in late today... cause well, I could :p lol. well I plan on riding my spinning bike for a half hour today and then doing PLB. here's the plan:

b: special k, ff milk, small banana
s: 2 rice cakes with 1tbsp peanut butter
l: 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c rice, 1 tbsp feta cheese, 4 small artichoke hearts, and spinach (yummmm sooo good with extra lemon juice mixed in)
s:apple
d: 2 cups salad with lowfat dressing
s: ff yogurt with a few almonds

its rainy here today,so no snow yet :)

i slept in late today too. And got to work late. oh well. :p

b - WW english muffin, egg whites, V8, prunes, coffee
S - banana
l - pasta with lots of vegies
s - orange, yogurt
d - vegie lasagne! (i never get sick of this stuff)

Hello!
Here's todays menu:

B- egg white omlette
L- Salmon w/ peas (I made enough yesterday to have it again today)
S- String cheese
D- stuffed pork chops W/broccoli
S- Apple

OK, I'm the biggest wimp ever! I did SS yesterday, Mix it Up, and I'm sore. Not too sore, but yes, I'm sore. But I knew that was going to happen when I didn't touch a single weight last week. OH well, actually it's kind of funny when I think about it.
Today will be possibly cool it off. I think I need a good stretch.
