S - cashews
D - not sure going to MILs since the guys are hunting.

Hi All -

I've been starting my exerise routine at 7:30 instead of 5:30 so it throws off my meals for the day as far as getting in a morning snack. Breakfast isn't until 9:30 a.m.

This morning was High Step Circuit - the DVD that came with my new high step.

B - Oatmeal with a spoonful of flax seed and kasha, protein powder and chopped mango
L - Squash and tuna salad
S - FF cottage cheese and fresh pineapple
D - Lentil soup and kale

Hi all! Today for my workout I will do KPC, I think. But I seem to be catching a cold, it's minor, but SJP was a lot harder yesterday then last week. So, I think it's affecting me a bit. I may just rest and see if that helps it go away.

B- strawberries
S- Squash W/ chicken
L- Tialpia W/ asparagus
S- Apple
D- Chicken, w/ romaine lettuce and Newmans own balsamic vinagret

Dh is not going to be home for dinner tonight, so I think I will just make my son something That I know he likes and that way I can just have my salad.

D - White meat Turkey dog, sweet potato chips
S - Peanut Butter on Whole wheat toast

I feel like I'm in a rut with my food choices.

OVERSLEPT this morning! So will try and do PS CST while the boys nap this aft.

1 - irish oatmeal and protein powder
2 - protein bar
3 - tuna and veggies with nonfat dressing
4- cottage cheese and apple
5 - Not sure yet!

Anyone find that they are perpetually out of eggs?!?!?! When I have my omelets it is one whole egg and 4 or 5 egg whites...then with 3 kids and a husband who also eat them...I am constantly out! We are buying 2 18 packs at a time. The family could easily go through a dozen in a sitting. They take up a lot of room in the fridge too! Sheesh!
 
Hey CJbate! I know exactly what you mean about running out of eggs. It's a good thing they are cheap, or I'd be out of money by now as well! ;)

You're welcome! I go through eggs quickly too. I have four roommates and between the 5 of us, we go through two 36 packs of eggs per week. Luckily, the 36 packs are only like 4 bucks at Cub Foods.

My workout: PUB + SH Abs

B: Golden Pancakes
S: Protein Shake
L: Chili + tuna salad
S: Yogurt + Cottage cheese
D: Italian Chicken
S: Chocolate oatmeal

I'm starting to think EFL doesn't provide enough calories. I'm 20 years old and work hard every day so I have a pretty good metabolism. He says in EFL the menus he provides are around 1500 calories. I think I might need to go higher. What does everyone else average? Maybe that's why a lot of us are hungry??
 
Hi Ladies!

Well I can't say I'm hungry. I stagger my calories leaving Wed. & Sat. for my high carb days. This is why I don't plateau either. It works for me.

Tonight at 7:30 PS CST.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: 3 egg white cheese omelet w/1 slice turkey bacon & crumpette w/1 Tbsp. boysenberry jam & hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: cottage cheese w/blueberries & praline peacan granola & white tea
Meal 3: tilapia/broccoli, carrots, string beans, corn + apple
Meal 4: couscous w/pine nuts, red peppers, raisins & peas salad w/chicken
Meal 5: marinated skirt steak w/sweet potato & mixed veggies

Meal: Egg & eggbeaters scrambled with peppers, mushrooms, lite cheese + 1/2 cup orange juice + 1 whole grain waffle w/splenda syrup
Meal 2: Oatmeal, protein powder, banana, & milk mixture :9
Meal 3: One small slice plain cheese pizza
Meal 4: Balance Go Mix + tangerine
Meal 5: Steak + steamed veggies + 1/2 sweet potato
Meal 6: ?

Two cups coffee w/ff Coffee Mate & Splenda

Yep, I buy the 3 dozen pack of eggs at Sam's club for about $2.50. Good thing they're cheap! I eat about 1750-1800 calories a day. I notice that I get hungrier if I've had a really tough, grueling workout and just go with it. :D

Oops, I did an HST workout at the gym this morning.
