Boy really bummed today that there are still no new pictures. I was expecting both Kickmax and Stretch to be posted today. Wonder what is taking so long to get these done?????

Morning Ladies!

Rhonda: I'd say the ladies are pretty exhausted by this time & need a little bit more rest before plunging into Kick Max & Stretch Max. I was hoping for pictures too but probably will be able to view them tomorrow. I've thought up a rotation & posted it over on another thread. I just HAVE to do all of them bang, bang, bang one right after another you know what I mean? Can't wait.

Tonight's workout is nada! Its my rest day. I'm going to be a fitness coach for my son, who's 12 & he needs to lose weight. I was told by a fitness teen expert to start him off w/weight training & cardio. Now how cool is that!! So I'll be training my son tonight. Wish me luck!

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: 3 egg white cheese omelet + 2 slices turkey bacon + coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/whipped cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: chicken w/corn salsa + strawberries
Meal 4: chicken salad
Meal 5: breaded tilapia/asparagus

Hi all! Kathy, good for you for taking charge of your sons weight and helping him to lose it. The healthy way I might add. My 4 year old loves to lift weights with me, he uses my little 2 pound weights from way back in the day. And he stretches too, it's very cute. He's always showing us his muscles and how strong he is.

B- Steal cut oat w/ sugar free syrup and a little bit of milk
L- Tilapia w/ green beans
S- jello smoothy
D- chilli
S- apple

Today for my workout I'll do a Slim Series workout. I used to do Cathe all the time. I was lifting as heavy as she was and felt great. But then DH didn't like the bulk that he thought he saw, so I quit lifting for a few months and he was liking that better. Now I'm back to doing Slim Series and Cathe, but much, much lighter weights than Cathe.

Second day of SBd and NOT liking how I feel. Shakey and light headed. Is this common and will it go away? I REALLY REALLY want to lose some wieght but I REALLY REALLY would rather not do this low carb yuck. Any body got other ideaS?

In the meantime here's my day:

2- cheese
3- chicken breast and green beans, sugarfree jello
4- pb on celery
5- "taco" salad (gr beef, salsa, cheese and salad)

Going for a run this evening.

Hi Kathy,

For weights, I usually go heavy for the upper body workouts but my lower half does better with light or no weights so I have adjusted Cathe's lower body workouts to fit me. A lot of the lunges and squats I will do with no weight. As I have done slim series and noticed a difference in the lower half using no weights.

I'm anxiously waiting for the KickMax pics, too. Good for you KathyH! Bet your son loves having Mom help him. :)

Well, I had my weekly splurge meal today. I met hubby at a new BBQ rib place for lunch. It was really quite good! :9

M1: two eggs w/green chili
M2: protein shake w/banana & 1 tbsp peanut butter + one packet oatmeal w/raisins
M3: 3 Beef BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken thigh, small corn on the cob, & apple wedges.
M4: Small corn muffin (from lunch) + tea
M5: Grilled Steak + small salad

I just had the corn muffin but should have had some protein to go with it. I had a little carb "surge" there for a bit, LOL!
