Healthy Eating 11/11/04

Hi Everyone

Did PH this morning (5:30am) for the first time - wow!

Here's todays menu:

Protein shake
Porridge
Roasted soya bean snack
Chicken salad
Almonds
Cottage cheese
Smoke ham paella
1 slice brown bread
Fresh vegie juice
2 litres water & herbal tea.

Trying out the theory that if I keep my calories to 1500 for 3 days (30% carbs), then on every 4th day increase to 2000 cals (50% carbs) - this should increase a reduction in body fat! Fingers crossed!
