Here is a new month - time for me to crack down. Looking at the pictures, WOW

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus
S - piece of cheese
L - big salad with chicken, apple
S - cashews
D - salmon, asparagus, ?

Has anyone heard of the Abs Diet? I seen it in one of my fitness mags and wondered about it.

Has anyone tried Whey Fruity protein shakes? I am going to call for a free sample.

6 am - KPC cardio conditioning, LL abs

B - soy granola, coffee
S - protein shake, apple
L - ?
S - yogurt, banana
D - beef strogonoff

Blew it this weekend with Halloween, but back at it today.

Good Morning Ladies!

WOW have we got some interesting threads going on today!!! The pictures look great & can't wait to get my hands on IMAX3. Jai looked as if she was having a blast & I hope I do too. I was disappointed though that Rhonda wasn't in this one.

Today's eats are:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/protein powder & hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese & white tea
Meal 3: tilapia/mixed veggies/strawberries
Meal 4: chicken salad
Meal 5: protein shake (I'll have to consume this after my cardio)

Workout at 7:30 p.m.: Plyo X (from P90X)

Hope you don't mind my butting in but I was wondering if all you healthy gals could point me in the direction of a good salad dressing? I've been using some that I get at Whole Foods called Cindy's Kitchen and it's light. I also use some Newman's Own and Ken's Steak House, both the light versions. Just wondering if you guys have some better ideas out there!
 
Hello Again Cbelle! You & I are talking quite a bit today aren't we!! Someone had suggested Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Parmesan dressing. This is the one I've been using & its very good. Take care, Kathy:D
