5:30 am - Boot Camp, noon, 2 miles of interval running on treadmill
B - eggs, coffee
S - Myoplex Lite shake
L - salad with chicken, soup
S - Myoplex Lite shake
D - grilled pork chops, brown rice, green beans
Feeling fat today. I am tired of being stuck on this stupid plateau. Why oh, why are those last 5 pounds so stubborn! Arrgh.
