Hi everyone,
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. My eating went out the window this weekend. So it is back on track today.

4:15am spinervals Zoot Challenge

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus

S - HB egg, cheese stick

L - salad

S - walnuts

D - buffalo burger, green beans

Good morning,

I actually had my best weekend for eating. I really stayed on plan, and that is a first for me.

5am - Cathe Muscle Endurance, noon, interval run on treadmill.

B - Myoplex shake
L - salad with turkey
S1 - yogurt and apple
D - grilled chicken, pasta, vegie
S2 - nuts

Just getting a chance to log on today. Saturday was my free day, so that was easy :) Sunday was tough with lots of stress but I managed to stay on track. Today:

Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
Turkey bacon, string cheese, WW toast (forgot my oatmeal :( )
Chicken, brown rice, salsa
Chicken, corn tortillas, salsa
Lean steak, baked potato
Egg/egg whites, corn tortilas, salsa

Workout: 40 min interval cardio at lunch and hopefully LBWO tonight.
