Sunday was tough with lots of stress but I managed to stay on track. Today:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
Turkey bacon, string cheese, WW toast (forgot my oatmeal

)
Chicken, brown rice, salsa
Chicken, corn tortillas, salsa
Lean steak, baked potato
Egg/egg whites, corn tortilas, salsa
Workout: 40 min interval cardio at lunch and hopefully LBWO tonight.
