Healthy Eating 10/29/04

Just looking at the new pictures of Cathe and the gang and seeing how wonderful they look makes me re-think what I am eating and I better get on track : ) and I also sent SNM a message wondering if I could upgrade my pre-order and get all 10 DVDs now instead of the couple that I ordered.

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus
S - apple with a piece of cheese
L - Tortilla w/ Chicken and cheese
S - cashews
D - Chinese (thinking about Shrimp w/Pea Pods)

Wow, they are such awesome pics!!

1- Smoothie with yogurt, fruit, oats and flax and protein
2 - egg whites, rice cake
3 - tuna with veggies and brown rice, with dressing
4 - protein bar, apple
5 - not sure, we are going out.

Hi Ladies! Those pictures just keep getting better with each new series that Cathe does. They all look awesome. Its just soooo funny that for the first time Cathe & I are sporting the same hairstyle except my hair color is red!! I just don't know how she gets so lean I've been working on it for years & I'll never get that lean.

Today's my rest day & my meals are:

Meal 1: 2 multigrain waffles w/peanut butter & hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: ff vanilla yogurt w/protein powder & muesli
Meal 3: tilapia w/salsa/yams/mixed veggies & banana & V8 juice
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese
Meal 5: garlic lime chicken from Saving Dinner recipe & salad & mixed veggies

My son is planning on trick or treating wearing a werewolve mask (scary!) (he's almost 13 so at his age they don't wear a full costume anymore not cool). Also he wants me to take him & a friend to see The Grudge.

She is SO lean! I wonder what bodyfat percentage that is? She looks like she is flexing even though she is stationary!!! Her abs look fantastic.
 
Hi Jen! I'm only speculating but boy Cathe could be at only 14% BF. My hats are off to her! I got onto a Tanika scale (I know it isn't accurate) it said I'm at 22.6% BF, 107.6#s, Fat Mass is 24.4#s which makes me believe I'm lower than this. I can't imagine getting any smaller it might damage my health. How does she do it? Inquiring minds want to know.:7 She always looks FANTASTIC. Kathy:D

Okay after looking at the pictures, now I'm depressed. Of course it's my own damn fault for dipping into the Halloween candy. ;-)

L - margherita and chicken flautas :9
(Okay, going waaaay off the diet here)
S - nothing, I'm stuffed from lunch
D - soup, sandwich

Tomorrow is KPC as payback for that fattening lunch.

Wowweeee, 14 percent. You could be right. I think I am around 20 or 22 percent body fat (calipers but not sure if I am doing it right). If I do the calculations with keeping the current muscle I have, to get to 14 percent fat the scale is extreeeeemely lowwww. Into scary territory. Therefore, she must be seriously packing some muscle (which I am not...yet) because she looks so healthy. That muscle bulk sure makes a difference!

If she's that low running after 2, I should be at 10 percent running after 3! :)

I wish everyone well with the Halloween candy.....don't give up without a fight! }(
