HI Everyone,

4:10a SS Tone it Up

B - protein bar, graham crackers
S - graham crackers
L - chicken noodle soup
S - apple, walnuts
D - taco salad

I'm thinking of getting SS and wondered if you could tell me how effective they've been with you. Have you lost inches/weight? Have you used bands or dumbells as I understand you can use the latter for everything? Would love to hear your opinion.

Andrea - I haven't measured myself (I do that once a month so next weekend would be my time). The last time I did this routine I did lose about 1/2-3/4" in each thigh. The only workouts that I actually had measurable results in the thighs. I lost 1 pound the first week. I use dumbbells for all the workouts. When she uses bands and does one side at a time I go heavier on my weight. Let me know if you have further questions.

5:30am - CTX All Step (+shoulders & abs sections)

protein shake & porridge
yogurt & apple
smoked salmon salad & ww bread X2
nuts
tuna steak & rice

Rhonda:
DH has been very kind and ordered SS for me as an early Christmas prezzy (may be here next week - we're in UK). Which rotation are you doing? I've heard that the Slim Training one is the hardest but gets best results...would you add more cardio into the rotations or do them as they are?

S - tea and toast

Got on the scale, weigh the same, but think I look a little leaner. I don't know, maybe it's just wishful thinking. :7

Hi Ladies! Last night I did Fit Kick w/Sherri Jacquelyn. She's gotta be one of my favorite instructors. This workout was easy so I'll have to shelf this one & use Kick Jam instead.

7:30 p.m. MIS leg portion, HSTA leg portion & PLB stability ball section & ARX

Meal 1: 1 whole egg & 2 egg white scrambled w/crumpette & blueberry jam & hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese (I'm soooo addicted to these!) & white tea
Meal 3: tilapia w/salsa & mixed veggies & strawberries
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese
Meal 5: turkey piccata (recipe from Saving Dinner)/yam/broccoli

BTW Andrea: I had heard that Tamikka has completed SS & has gotten awesome results. Check her out over at Beachbody. She goes by the screen name Expect Success. She used to be over on these boards but now is mostly over on Beachbody. Ask her any questions you'd like. I'm sure she would help you. She's a sweetie!

Did PS CST this am and increased most of my weights! Yippee!

1 - Smoothie with yogurt, protein, berries, flax, and grains
2 - protein bar and rice cakes
3 - tuna salad and brown rice
4 - cott cheese and apple
5 - whoops. I don't know! Lean meat and veggie. Hm.....

Andrea - I am doing the slim training one. I try to add in 2-4 days of cardio but it all depends how I am feeling. If I am feeling sluggish/tired, then I won't do cardio.
