harrisa lamb with spinach

6:00 - Ab Ripper X

4:15am Charlene Prickett Oxygen In Calories Out (Just didn't have it to do treadmoves today)

b - scrambled eggs w/asparagus sprinkled w/feta cheese
s - peanuts, cheese stick
l - salad
s - walnuts, caramel corn
d - chicken parmasan (from EFL), green beans

If I am up to it, I plan on doing a 20-30 minute walk on the treadmill after work.

yeah, it's already Hump Day!!!! ;-)

4:30am Cardio Kicks (I got the tape yesterday and used it right away this morning, wow I LOVE IT!!! :D )

S - Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese

B - Oatmeal with blueberries

L - Salad with tomatoes, protein shake with banana, dried mango slices

S - maybe a Trailmix

D - don't know yet, maybe leftovers

Fruit for dessert

I hope that everybody has a good HUMP DAY

Hello -

5:45 Boot Camp, lunchtime 2 mile interval run on treadmill.

B - granola with blueberries and 1% milk, coffee
S - cottage cheese and apple
L - soup and Myoplex lite shake
S - protein bar and peanuts
D - steak, potatoes

I caved and had 2 small pieces of chocolate yesterday, no biggie, I'm back on the plan today.

Hello Ladies!

7:30 p.m. KPC workout

Meals today are for my high carb day:

Meal 1: 3 jumbo egg white omelet w/1 crumpette + coffee
Meal 2: 1/2 baked potato/chicken
Meal 3: veggie burger + apple
Meal 4: tilapia/mixed veggies/1/2 baked potato
Meal 5: protein shake w/banana (I'll drink the shake after my workout)

Well, I actually got up to do a LBWO this morning. I can get up at 6:20 and still get it done so it's not like I was up at the 'crack of dawn'! But I'm feeling energized!

Today:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
Turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggies
Chicken, brown rice, tomatoes, artichoke hearts
Grilled chicken, mashed potatoes
Chocolate Yogurt With Bananas (recipe from a lady on the yahoogroups BLF list)

I'm also probably doing some moderate cardio at lunch for relaxation.
