5:30 am Power Circuit - in place of SJP which I don't have.

B - scrambled egg, 1/2 onion bagel with 1 tsp whipped low-fat cream cheese, coffee
S - cheese, orange, yogurt
L - ?
S - BFL bar
D - pancakes and eggs :)

B: lean ham and 2 pcs whole wheat toast, 2 glasses water, coffee
S: strawberry protein shake
L: baked chicken breast w/green onions & mushrooms, baked sweet potato and broccoli
S: BFL nutrition bar
D: grilled chicken, corn and steamed broccoli/cauliflower
S: ff cottage w/ff yogurt

Today is cardio - not sure what I'll end up doing. Maybe StepBlast???
 
Hey everybody!! I've learned something (that I already knew of course) ....low carbs= low energy. I couldn't even do push/pull yesterday and just ended up doing the 30 minute fast-walk program on my treadmill. I've never struggled through that in my life until yesterday!!! Oh well, it's just for a little while longer, but I will attempt a total body weight workout again this afternoon. Good luck to me and to anyone else who is on a super-strict diet to get rid of holiday ickiness!!x(

S-hummus w/celery sticks
L-grilled tuna steak w/a tossed salad and vinegarette & sf jello
S-tofu & lettuce roll-ups w/chipotle mustard
D-baked tilapia, roasted eggplant & peppers, mashed cauliflower w/a sf fudgsicle for dessert:9

Hi All -

My posts will be sporadic for the next month or so. We bought a new house and I'm busy moving. I need to keep up with these posts as much as possible because it does help me.

S – Almonds and dried fruit
