Hey everybody!! I've learned something (that I already knew of course) ....low carbs= low energy. I couldn't even do push/pull yesterday and just ended up doing the 30 minute fast-walk program on my treadmill. I've never struggled through that in my life until yesterday!!! Oh well, it's just for a little while longer, but I will attempt a total body weight workout again this afternoon. Good luck to me and to anyone else who is on a super-strict diet to get rid of holiday ickiness!!x(
