Hi Everyone!
I was looking at Cathe OnDemand on my Computer and Cathe has sections for Xtrain, StepBoss, etc., but I noticed Cathe also has this section on it called Healthier Lifestyles. When you click on Healthier Lifestyles Cathe is with two other women and they talk about smoothies and other subjects. If you like smoothies and other health items you might want to check it out. This is only on Cathe OnDemand. I haven't seen this on anything else. .
I don't know if you can view this on your Smartphone or iPhone. I found this on my computer on Cathe OnDemand.
