Health Gurus...vitamin ingredients question

I picked up Horizon's Enhance Multiple multivitamin. A friend has had great success with increased energy and this was one thing that I was looking for.

Could someone check out this link (http://www.horizonnutra.com/enhance.html) and tell me if there is any naturally occuring caffeine in this product that would cause an energy burst. My friend says that once she went off of it for a couple of months and then back on it she could tell a tremendous difference in her energy level. Also, what's the big deal that it doesn't contain yeast?

There's no caffeine in there. And the yeast concerns people with Candida infections. There may also be a yeast allergy, but I haven't heard of that.

I Love one a day active woman vitamin. Same thing when I run out, I really feel the difference.
