I get my hardcores today. They are out for delivery - hopefully all will be in one package - I first only ordered a couple then upgraded and ordered all 10 so hopefully it will be one package. Can't wait to get home and see my goodies

today I did cardio on the treadmill.

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt, ww muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, Balance Go Mix
L - tuna casserole and maybe some lf triscuits
S - BFL bar
D - pork chops, asparagus

Good morning all!

Well its been over a week since I worked out, and I miss it terribly! But some how i've managed not to gain weight. Now with DB home, hopefully will have more time to get back into my fitness routine. I think this is the longest break i've had in years!

b - egg white, englich muffing, cheese, V8
s - coffee
l - veggie sandwhich on WW
s - cottage cheese and fruit
d - veggie stir fry

No time for a workout this morning, so I'll have to call it a free day and add a workout on Sunday instead.

D - chicken enchiladas

Now that I'm reading all of the reviews, I wish I had prepurchased the Hardcore series. Oh well, I'll ask for it for Mother's Day instead.

Oh how I'm wishing I got the hardcores. Some of them sound perfect for BFL.

Turkey bacon, string cheese, oats
Ham & Egg Cheese Casserole
Chicken, black beans, tomato

EFL Chili (with maybe 1/3 of the spices!)
Jerky, fruit

Workout: HIIT at lunch and UBWO tonight.
