HC is simply amazing.....feeling Cathe emotional.......

Hi gals. I am feeling emotional tonight about Cathe and all of you! I recvd my HC set today and work and literally hugged the delivery guy at my company. He said "must be a good valentine present"...I said "oh yeah!" The vids lookn simply amazing! I can not wait to use each and every one of them.

I think back to approx. 4 yrs ago...when I knew nothing about eating clean, working out w/weights properly or Cathe. Cathe was the best thing I happened upon the internet when looking for workout music (I had given up on advanced home w/out videos!) then I found Video Fitness and then I found Cathe! I can't imagine my life w/out her. I am the busy mom of 2 crazy kids (1 yr old, almost 5 yr old). I have a 40 min. drive to work and work full-time. Without Cathe I don't know how I would ever get such a good workout in. Without her I am confident my butt would be even bigger than it is right now - ha ha!!! With her I can workout in the privacy of my own home, get my butt kicked, have a variety of 100's of different workout variations to choose from all while my FAMILY SLEEPS at 5:00 am!!!!!! Plus I don't even have to comb my hair....

Anyway, I am so thankful to her and the crew for the amazing videos they produce for us! She is honestly like my personal trainer. I have learned so much from her and all of you!

I thank all of you for your advice, and friendship over the years! It is nice having all of you to enjoy this fun life of fitness with!

HI Fitnut,
I am glad that I see you posting more often.For a while I wondered what had happened to you but I know you are very busy.
I really enjoy working out in my own home to.There have been two new gyms opened in my town recently and everyone asked was I going to join.They probably wondered why I was looking at them the way I was.I can't explain to people the workout I get at home using videos.As far as I am concerned,its pretty similar to the results I would get if I were going to a gym.I love everything about it as well.Its open 24 hours and I go into it looking like a disaster somedays as well.

What a sweet post, Fitnut!

I have a part time job at the Y now and have only used the facilities twice. I missed my "personal trainer" in the weight room and the class I took did not come close to Cathe!

I understand your love of the whole Cathe world. You are so busy. You deserve major-MAJOR kudos for getting in a workout. Got to take care of yourself first before anyone else. We all know this, but its hard to justify to ourselves when we need to, yes?

I know when I found Cathe on the web, looking for Step videos I TOTALLY freaked out about how great they all were and how much it changed the way I felt about working out.

I'm going to tackle the UPS man when he gets here as well.

I call Cathe my "fitness hero" to my husband and my friends!! Most of my friends don't know what I'm talking about, but I do have the Feb. calendar up on my wall at work!! Her workouts are truly like nothing else out there. I am doing some Fit Prime workouts this week, anxiously awaiting my Hardcore (tomorrow ), and I can't believe how lame they are. It is almost painful (not physically) to do them. But, I put them in my rotation, so I have to finish them! Also, as I read more on these forums, I think several of you could also be my heroes!! Some of you look so good and obviously work so hard, I am impressed!! Very motivating for me!
