Thanks for inquiring. Our gym is not too big, we have approx. 50 members. My husband is a personal trainer, often times I will help out. Although I am not an experienced instructor like Cathe, but the women that come (not boasting or bragging) love my physique and often ask that I put together a class and help them in any way I can. So I do a very simple class three nights a week. I throw in a little of Cathe or I just do a one on one with them.
In our gym we have some Nautilus machines--machines that were used by Mike Metzger--we have 4 treadmills, 2 recumbent bikes, a sissy squat machine, a machine for the lower back, 3 different machines for chest, 3 machines for bis, cable crossover, leg press, leg ext., hamstring curl mach., hack squat, donkey calf + 3 other calf raises mach. lat. pulldown, a mach for building the muscles in your neck, seated row, 3 ab mach., a spot for hanging raises (abs), t-bar row. I think that's it.
Yes, I Windex the mirrors, vaccum the floors, water the plants, clean the bathroom....etc.
Oh, and we have a partner who teaches Tae Kwon Do so when he's not teaching, we use that area for boxing, no ring, only 3 heavy bags and a speed bag.
