Havin a great time with PS!

I am thoroughly enjoying the PS series! I'm getting into a routine of staying away from SLA for a few days before I do my aerobics, just so my legs won't give out before I've completed my cardio workout. I do SLA right after a cardio workout, or the next day. I started out with no weights for SLA, but can't believe I'm starting to use them already after just a few times! Things at work are awful, but this new hobby of mine gives me a way to feel good about myself even when the boss is grumping at me. I just ordered the Troy lite barbell system! Now if I could just quit my job and work out all the time........

I hear ya, Nancy! I just started back with PS this morning after a few weeks with S&H. Good luck with your new Troy barbell! I'm sure you will enjoy it. And YES, getting a good workout under your belt in the morning helps to face a tough job and a tough boss during the day!!
