with the new Cathe DVDs. I never dreamed that I would love kickboxing so. I HATED Tae Bo -- I think it is because Blanks talks so much and uses that terrible videography.

But Cathe has challenged and motivated me to want to learn proper form. And I have always LOVED Planks and Core work! I've done it for years in different variations -- ballet, yoga, etc.

I can tell a major difference already in the way my body responds to kickboxing versus step versus floor aerobics. All three used together have created a WOW effect in my body!

And the new ab sections --- AWESOME!

I AM STILL DROOLING OVER THE BACKGROUND MUSIC -- FOR CHRISTMAS I WANT SOME DEVIL DOGS AND THE MUSIC FROM CATHE'S LATEST WORKOUTS!

Well, I can dream......we don't have Devil Dogs in Tennesee!
 
This is my last week of a 6 week CTX rotation and I know I will still keep pulling them out for the ab work. The ones from Kickbox and Power Circuit are the BEST, and I am working up to those roll downs (and ups) with my arms on my chest - whew! And I love plankwork!

The CTX ab segments have made my core stronger than ever. Too bad there's still too much laundry to see the washboard ;-) and wrinkled (stretch marks!) laundry at that!

Same here, Sophia! I have continued to use the ab sections of the CTX tapes. I have really seen great results and am so pleased!! It's certainly keeping me motivated!!

Trust me Sophie, you're not the only one with too much laundry to see the washboard!LOL. I've had more success with the ab work from the 6-pack, however, than I've ever had with any other ab work. So one day, we WILL both see the washboard!!!
