Haven't worked out in a long time, which Cathe DVD would you do?

Hello Friends of the Forum.
It's been a long time since I worked out due to traveling and lots of overtime at work, so I am ready to get back into it and get back into shape before the next series arrives at home. Officially, I stopped my rotation in April but did Muscle Max a few times in May plus been doing some walking.
So, if you're in my shoes, what would you do? It doesn't matter if it's cardio or stength or both. I have most of Cathe's DVDs so any suggestions are helpful.

TIA.

RE: Haven't worked out in a long time, which Cathe DVD ...

do you have a favorite that will help you jump start your way back in? if i'm feeling a lull or feeling like i'm not really in the groove, i need to pull out an old favorite to help me kick it back into gear.

how about cardio and weights, to get a little of everything? i also love body max, boot camp, cardio kicks, SJ&P, power hour, etc, etc, the list goes on and on, lol.

Actually, I can relate to your situation. Due to a busy schedule, my exercise routine was at a minimum from mid April to mid June. Some weeks I didn't exercise at all and some weeks I got in 2 days. I started back by focusing on 30 minutes of cardio (use of premixes) 3 days and 2 days a week of strength training. That is why I love the premixes, it allows you to modify the workouts. I usually opt for shorter time and more intense workouts like Body Max, IMAX instead of the less intense workouts like Cardio and Weights. I figured if I can do 30 minutes one week....and then each week I can do one or two more intervals until I am back up to speed.

Trust me....most of us can relate to taking some time off. Just congratulate yourself for getting back into the swing of things.

Maybe CTX as produced (cardio then single-muscle-group strength training each day) for a week or so? You can always modify any impact moves; in her step routines there isn't that much.

I would go with LIC. Easy fun cardio, with awesome music, and a good weight workout.

Or KPC, LoMax, and Rhythmic Step. They are all fun get back in the mood workouts.
